I interviewed in Amsterdam headquarters. First interview with HR was relatively straightforward. After that got invited to two interviews with Business Managers. Mostly motivational and behavioural questions, and thorough explanation of the job expectations.

De sollicitatieprocedure was duidelijk en verliep erg soepel. Na online te hebben gesolliciteerd werd ik door een recruiter van Philips benaderd voor een telefonisch interview. Vervolgens geselecteerd voor een business interview met twee mensen van mijn mogelijke toekomstige team.
