The interview process at Philips involved several stages, beginning with the initial application. Once my application met their criteria, I was required to complete interactive games and video questions. After passing these stages, I was informed about the next step: a face-to-face interview with a manager.
However, the process exhibited some unprofessionalism. Just 30 minutes before the interview, an HR representative contacted me to mention that I needed to complete an assessment during my interview—an important detail that was omitted previously. This last-minute notification was quite inconvenient and unprofessional.
The face-to-face interview included typical interview questions along with the assessment. Despite completing all these steps, I never received any follow-up communication from Philips. This lack of response, combined with the earlier oversight, left me feeling that the overall interview process lacked professionalism.
Automated interview, needed to answer 5 typical interview questions and complete 3 games, being a personality test, a pattern matching game and a game where you select multiple numbers that add up to the number shown.
after applying on the Philips career website, i got an invitation email to hirevue virtual interview and game based assessment. it look less than an hour to complete. I was given 5 days to complete.
