Entretien
I applied in the last week of August 2017 for a Data Scientist position in Geneva (Switzerland) HQ. I took an online which I found quite easy. A few days later I had a Skype interview with a Senior Manager. Very friendly and smooth interview. The type of interview is the same as they publish in their website: personal stories explaining an impact you made.
Then I was invited to Geneva HQ. I had to take the same test as the online one, after doing in they tell you if you have passed. In case you haven't you are done with the process. After the results someone (a Data Scientist intern) came to pick me up and had lunch with him. Very fun and nice conversation. Then two interviews with two different directors. Both interviews asked the same questions.
I was very confident I would make it but after more than three months, in late November 2017, they told me I didn't pass to the very final stage (I was told that I was competing against 5 other guys).
In general I liked the company, the spirit and how friendly everyone was. However, I am extremely disappointed with the HR service which as far as I know it is from Adecco in Romania. They were completly unresponsive to my emails asking for updates or news. In addition, they only paid me the plane tickets and not the meal I had at the company, which was supposed to be covered as well.
I would expect from a company as P&G to have a better HR service. In addition, these waiting times of 4+ months are ridicoulous. They lose good candidates because people get tired of waiting and because of other offers incoming.
