Firstly, it was screening stage. Secondly, some personality tests. After that, P&G called me and invited to take the pymetrics tests personally. I failed them because of the lack of time and distractions. It was so stupid. It is better to do that online in quite place when you can do that. Also, you do not need to fill in the form and waste time on that. So, absolutely stupid.

Entretien
First of all you have to do the assessment, includes of personality test, numerical test, logical tests, etc. If you pass, they will contact you (via mobile phone in my case) and then arrange the first interview. There are three interviews with three director-level employees (Band 3 or above). To join P&G, all of them must approve your qualifications.
