There were three steps before the initial interview, adding your resume, a kind of questionnary for general attitude and a logic test ( both verbal and mathematical ). at the interview classical questions like, in a sitution like that whoat you would do so on.. The interviewer was quite polite , but ı had to wait it so long, the process was kind of long, and I think in order to attend the seminar being a student was a must.
