i had gone through three interviews where they test your competence with experience and some situational questions where you are required to answer according to the STAR method . they also ask follow up questions based on your answer in the questions. Then they give you scenarios where you explain how you would handle certain situations in the workplace. In the third interview there is a person that is shadowing you guys then they give you the feedback.

The interview process typically includes initial screening, competency-based questions, assessment of technical knowledge, problem-solving tasks, behavioral evaluations, and a final interview to assess cultural fit and communication skills. I did enjoy the interview with the interviewer.

Interviewed 4 times including last one with country leader. Whole process was asking you generic situation based question, based on your past experience. They clearly stated what kind of answer they were looking for so you just need to follow exactly that

1) Apt test, 2) manager interview, 3)dept interview. all questions in the final interview are conducted in English. All are behavioural questions and they tested my leadership skills. You need to be well prepared for their follow up questions which are quite challenging.
