I firts applied with internet because I was finishing university. I send my CV and then they gave me the ipportunity to take the personality test. it is about 70 questions about how you act in the professional way, if you're a leader or not.. etc... then I was asking to go to a P&G center where I passes a IG test. it's 40 questions we need to fill in 65 minutes. It quite hard.
