I applied online and received a reply for an exam after 3 days. After the exam you will be informed during the same day whether or not you passed it. If you pass the exam your qualifications will be reviewed by the hr and by your department of choice. If accepted you will pass through 3 interviews
Lengthy but worth it. P&G sets the bar high. Very very good experience regardless of the results because you get to meet many inspiring people on their field. You just have to be well prepared to ace the interviews.

I applied via P&G's website last June 2020 and was invited for an online assessment. The online assessment consists of situational judgement questions and abstract reasoning. Around July 2020, I was invited for an initial interview. (NOTE: I had 3 rounds of interviews)
The interview questions consists of behavioral and situational judgement questions. - all similar/related from 1st to 3rd interview. It also helps if you would share experiences as a student (if you have no work experience yet). Also, practicing is also helpful! You would have to follow the CAR method, as well!
Gather up your experiences. Be concise and be confident. Best of luck!
