First you need to fullfil the on-line appliaction on P&G website, later they will send you some test to do and after couple of days you can receive an invitation for the reasoning test, which is composed by 40 questions and they will give you 65 minutes to do it. After it you can receive aninvitation for the first interview with one manager after passing the reasoning test, final interview with at least two managers

First you take online test which consists of two parts, if you passed it you get an email or call to have an interview, after you have 2 interviews (STAR model)
