un examen online y luego 2 rondas de entrevistas. El examen tiene ejercicios de lógica y en la entrevista preguntan cosas acerca de tus habilidades. Debes estar preparado para responder con situaciones/proyectos que hayas vivido, y poder entrar a detalle en ellos
The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.

5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
