It was very pleasant, i was interviewed by multiple persons on my past experiences and on my behaviour. It lasted a couple of hours, but it was not fatiguing at all.

Sogar für die Senior Management Position muss man diese Affen-Tests mit dem Umdrehen von Figuren und Kurzzeitgedächtnis absolvieren.
Das einzige Unternehmen das diese dumme Tests noch hat.
Ansonsten ist der Prozess relativ normal. Ich habe alle Phasen durchlaufen, aber wir haben uns nicht auf den Gehalt geeinigt.

Testing included, two interviews with mid level managers and then plant manager. Recruiter reached out and scheduled onsite visit. Use CAR method for answers, context, action, results. Not a difficult process.
