P&G's application process requires you to send in a resume and cover letter as well as complete an IQ and personality test. The application process is lengthy and comprehensive. It requires you to reserve at least 3 hours to complete. Afterwards, P&G may decide to give you a phone interview. In my case, it was primarily behavior question after behavior question.
