The interview process consisted of three rounds, each focusing on general questions about past experiences and two situational case studies. The three interviewers conducted their evaluations independently and did not communicate with each other until all rounds were completed to decide whether a candidate would progress. After the interview, I was disappointed with the feedback as it was conveyed through a generic rejection template.

There are 3 interviews based on Peak Performance Factors. I highly suggest reviewing it beforehand. There's also many behavioral questions, so come prepared with stories about how you exhibited the Peak Performance Factors.

Entretien
The interview process consisted of three distinct stages, each designed to evaluate different aspects of a candidate's qualifications and suitability for the role. Throughout the process, the majority of the questions were situational in nature, focusing on how I would approach various real-life scenarios relevant to the position.
Takes a few months. Suggested to ask for a follow up every 2 weeks. Go from test to 3 interviews to job offers to final discussion. So either apply early or apply when you're not in a hurry.
