Appiled for the position, Took an online assessment test, received email to schedule phone Interview, had the phone interview (20 mins), then lastly received an email 2 days later saying I was not chosen for this job. Process took about 3 weeks. I have over 10 yrs dealing with customers, The lady who interviewed me sounded like a straight up robot. She asked me about my work history and my current job and why I want to work for Progressive. I read the STAR questions from the website, and she did not ask me any of the questions on there (maybe 1) which threw me off and I knew I wasn't going to get the job. I answered to the best of my knowledge. The questions were so complicated that I cannot remember in detail for me to post it here. She also sounded aggravated to repeat a confusing question 2 times. The interview is more set up for you not to to get the job than for you to obtain the job with curveball questions.
