1 hour phone interview. Moved on to the next step. On campus interview for 1 hour. Got called the following week for the position and got the offer. There is a background check though.

It was a 2 hour interview. There were 2 rounds, only asked behavioral questions. Expected us to follow the STAR method to answer the behavioral questions. Sticking to the STAR method will be very useful to crack the Interview.

3 stages, each was with an IT manager. Very behavioral based questions. There was a meet and greet the night before the final interviews that was great! Overall a great interview experience.
