Process took 5 plus weeks.. Applied 4/16. Received an email the same day stating that I had passed the initial screening and would be sent assessment test. 4/17-Received assessment. Not hard at all. Common sense with some math and behavioral questions. 4/19-received email stating I had pass my assessment and would be schedule for a phone interview. 4/19-received email with dates and times for the phone interview I could select from. 4/25-had my phone interview. Kelly Davis was my recruiter, she was amazing. Made me feel really comfortable. She went over my resume and asked about 4-5 STAR questions. Lasted about 30mins. Was told I would hear back Friday, but I didn't hear back till May 10th!! Thought I had not been selected after that 2 week wait. Luckily I was and was schedule for a face to face interview 5/18. It went well. Many Star questions. Interview lasted about an 1 hour and 15 mins. 5/20- received an email to start my background. 5/26- the big day came. Received a phone call with an offer and start date. I start June 27th. Beyond excited !!! Best of luck to everyone!!

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

In the assessment they asked more likely style type of questions and behavioral questions. Some parts of the assessment are timed.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions. After the recorded interview, I received an email to schedule another online interview but live with the leadership team.
