The process has taken around a month but it hasn't felt drawn out. The job listing said the position starts at the end of August so I didn't really expect the hiring process to happen immediately.
I applied June 22nd and got an email saying a passed the initial review and needed to do an online test. I got that email the following day. After taking the online test I got an email 1-2 days later saying I passed with a link to set up a phone interview. I had the phone interview on July 6th and heard back either that following Monday or Tuesday (July 11 or 12) to schedule an in person interview.
The in person interview was a lot like the phone interview- behavioral based questions that need to be answered in the STAR format. However it is MUCH more extensive in person. You sit through 2 interviews with managers and in between those you have a sit in with an employee and listen in on the calls and what not. My interview took 3 hours.
It's just really important to be yourself and show you have good customer service skills. I came prepared with mock questions and answers, paper to take notes on, and a few copies of my resume. I also did a good amount of research on the company and its growth, and I asked the interviewers lots of questions including if there was anything I needed to clarify on my resume or in my answers. They were all incredibly happy and friendly, and have both been with the company over 20 year which is promising as a prospective employee.
They're currently reviewing my personal interview and I should find out by Tuesday if I'm receiving an offer. (Fingers crossed). I marked no offer on this review, but I haven't heard back yet!

I submitted my application and then got invited to complete a HireVue interview. It was about eight questions, all requiring STAR style responses. After I finished the interview, I received a rejection email. I honestly hate when companies play in people’s faces like this. What was the point of making me do an online interview if you already decided based on my resume? If you weren’t interested from the start, just say that. I have very little respect for companies that reject people through recorded online interviews, without ever allowing them to speak to a real person. It feels less like recruiting and more like a way to collect personal data our voices, our faces, without any real intention of moving forward.

Straight forward typical call center interview. Initial interview was a phone screening where the recruiter asked for a background description of my resume. Two days later I interviewed with a supervisor and hiring manager. Entire process took about 2 weeks to receive job offer.

Recruiter was rude, emailed me an hour before my interview and asked if I was available right now. I quickly responded and said that I could be ready in 20 mins sighting that our original interview was not for another hour. Upon the interview he made a comment about not being able to drop everything and start the interview an hour early. I had inquired about a religion question and holidays that differ from normal US holidays and he said yeah that wouldn't really align with our values. I should have sued. He sighted on my after interview report that I didn't have the experience he was looking for (which was a lie).
