Several steps involved in this interview process. They are as follows: 1) Resume submission 2) Call from HR wanting to set up a phone interview (screening) 3) Phone interview in which you speak with a HR representative 4) Personality questionnaire set up if notified by HR that you made it past the screening 5) If you make it past the personality questionnaire then you are requested to take a proctored skills test 6) 2 hours need to be set aside for a skills test at a proctored location. 7) Upon that being graded and finalized, you are then notified of a media interview (similar to Skype) 8) The interview using a media format may take place or it may be a conference call type interview with several attendees. 9) If asked to you will then have a face to face interview , take appropriate workplace tests etc... At anytime during this process, you do not meet the expectations of the hiring personnel you will receive an automated e mail stating that "unfortunately......." That e mail comes very quickly after any of the steps Needless to say there are many steps in this process that require time and preparation that takes place by a candidate just to be notified by an automated e mail that you are no longer a candidate. This candidate made it to the interview conf call. Then the e mail came.
