Filled out the online application and in about two weeks I received an email to complete the online assessment which took me about 40 minutes to do. The same day I received an email for a phone interview and a link to schedule it. My phone interview was about an hour, the first half was background questions regarding my resume and the second half were the behavioral STAR questions as described in the phone interview email confirmation. After my phone interview I received an email that the position I had applied for was no longer available so I assumed they found someone else and I didn't get the job. Two weeks later I received a request for more information so they could perform a background check through hire right. The background check basically was to verify my employment history. A couple days later I received a phone call to schedule an on site interview. The on site interview was very relaxed and mirrored the phone interview with half and half background questions and behavioral STAR questions. The following day I received a voicemail saying they were interested in presenting an employment offer and the next day I called back to accept the job. The recruiter gave me a ton of information during this phone call which I really appreciated. They also gave me plenty of time to give my current employer proper notice before the next training cycle begins (it worked out to be 3 weeks notice) but also gave me the option to start sooner if I didn't need it. Over all I had a very positive interviewing experience (even if I didn't receive the offer.) My biggest piece of advice is to prepare for the behavioral questions. There are lots of possible questions but I found a guide online to think of experiences that demonstrated the following skills: Teamwork oriented Problem solving Initiative/Leadership Interpersonal Skills Challenge/stress/pressure This was extremely helpful because I was able to use these guidelines to prepare for any of the possible STAR questions they threw at me!
