Fairly straight forward process. Apply online, take a test online that they send you. If you pass that, phone interview, then an in person interview. I was turned down after the in person interview. The recruiter did take the time to contact me, and offered to provide feedback from the person who interviewed me. You really need to think about your strengths, and weaknesses, multiple. As well as in depth examples of problems at previous employers.

Interview process starts with a one-way video interview where you are recorded answering a variety of behavioral questions. Do your homework and look up sample questions on YouTube or Google, there are plenty out there. Study up on the S.T.A.R. method of interviewing.

The process started with an automatic request for a prerecorded video-style interview. There were roughly 10 questions about previous experiences and how your background applies to the position. Received an answer from a service rep within a week.
