I applied online. Within a couple days they emailed me a link to take an online assessment. A couple days after taking the assessment they emailed me again to take another online assessment. I received an email the next day stating that I passed both assessments and they would be reviewing my resume. Later on that day I got an email stating they would not be moving forward due to my skills and experience. I met the qualifications for this job which is the reason I applied. I feel like they already knew who they wanted to hire and had me waste over 2-3 hours of my time taking their assessments. If my resume did not match what they were looking for they should have never had me take their assessments. I am very disappointed in their hiring process. People take a lot of time to fill out applications. They should review the application and resume to see if you are up to their standards before making you take two different assessments lasting at least an hour a piece.

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

The video interview you answer I believe 6 questions and you have 2 attempts to complete the questions. The video had me kind of stressed

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
