VERY LONG interview process. The talent recruiter who initially contacted me for the interview had very poor communication. I did not know where I was in the process and it took two weeks for replies to voicemails or emails. I did not know next steps in the process until i received automated emails requesting more information ( background check or scheduling)
Timeline:
Apr 18 - Application
Apr 19 - Completed job assessment
Apr 22 - Email with results from job assessment
May 24 - Email to schedule a phone interview
May 31 - Phone interview
Jun 19 - Email asking for background check
June 29 - Scheduled in person interview
Jul 11 - Rejection email
From Application to offer / denial with about four months. This is unacceptable and the recruiter could not give many any updates in between waiting for next steps or responses from hiring managers.
The in person interview was even worse. I interviewed with two hiring managers with NO personality. Both seemed very uninterested and boring. They read their questions off a piece of paper. It was as though they were just going through the formality of the interview process but already knew who they were going to hire and did not care for me time.

Very impersonal and did not get to speak to someone in person everything was video recorded. It took a long time for them to finally decline my video interview. That's it

The interview process is pretty strenuous. You do have an assessment that you have to take. Before you get the in person interview. After you do the assessment you do have virtual star question method questions that you have to answer. If you don’t do well with that you won’t get the final interview with the recruiter or hiring person. Definitely study STAR questions. They’re kinda hard. And then the final interview they do ask you a few star questions as well. You can use the ones from your virtual interview. It was really easy-going though. I did appreciate how easy the conversation was for the final interview.
