2 interviews, one on the phone with a recruiter. The second in an office with a claims manager. Answer questions in the STAR method. Process was very long. Most of the time I was waiting on my background check. Unsure what company is looking for. You will have to reach out to them. They don't follow up.

Easy to apply online. Received email to record a video interview and submit it. I believe you had 6 days to complete it. Video interview was a little time consuming and awkward. I miss the days of in-person interviews.

Self interview on hirevue. Little awkward and passed now on to the next step but was an awkward situation. Hopefully the next interview goes well. But so far after reading others I'm not sure how I feel about the company.
