Applied online, received an e-mail regarding a personality test, then received an email with an invite for video screening. Video screening is behavioral based and STAR type questions. You get two tries on each question. They have lots of resources to help you prepare for the video interview including practice questions/practice modules to help you get comfortable with the video interview format. You have 7 days from the date of your invite to complete it.
From there, I received an e-mail asking me to come in for an in-person interview with the local manager. I came in, interview lasted about 30 minutes. She asked me some behavioral based questions, prepare SPECIFIC examples. We talked a little about the position. The following day, I got a phone call from HR offering me the position. Then underwent background check. Background check took about a day to come back. Overall the process took about a month and a half to get completely hired.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

In the assessment they asked more likely style type of questions and behavioral questions. Some parts of the assessment are timed.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions. After the recorded interview, I received an email to schedule another online interview but live with the leadership team.
