Assessment - I found this to be easy. The assessment tested you on your ability to resolve simple math problems and to define words. The last section was a simulation to test you on active listening as your would be in a call center environment 1st interview - you will get this if you pass the assessment. 8 situational questions where you have to use the STAR format 2nd Interview - you finally get to meet with a person. Prepare for 4 situational questions and a moment to highlight your past roles.

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.
