J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Progressive Insurance en oct. 2009
Entretien
I went though a series of three telephone interviews, first with a recruiter, then with 2 different HR people. After the third interview, a Sr. Recruiter contacted me and set up an in person interview with my potential supervisor and her boss in their local office. When I got there they gave me a hypothetical case and asked me to take 20 minutes to write up my thoughts. When they came back they asked me lots of questions in regards to the hypothetical and lots of other questions, mostly hypotheticals as well. Unlike most interviews, there was no feedback at all during the process. After the interview, I was given an additional phone interview the following day from someone in the corporate office. Once again, full of hypotheticals. About 2 weeks later I received a call stating that they had withdrawn the position, and were offering it to nobody. They were going to reissue the position, but this time make bilingual spanish a requirement. The whole process took a significant amount of time, with little reward, and zero feedback.
