Zero questions about work experience or previous deployments.
Zero questions about programming.
No real opportunity to speak.
Interviewer was rude and seemed overwhelmed.
Dehumanizing experience.

Multiple rounds of STAR and one round of technical. Team was very knowledgeable and personable. Interviews didn't feel like fluff. They felt like getting to know the team and the team getting to know you.

Pretty streamlined but the coding exercise does not let you use any materials or references. You basically just have to be a human compiler and remember everything from heart despite that not being how any developer works in their day job.
