Because they use the S.T.A.R. method versus questions geared towards the actual adjuster position you are applying for, this process is very boring and feels extremely robotic.
With their staff interviewing from home, their interviewers don't dress accordingly for an interview making me file like I am being asked questions by someone who just woke up, rolled out of bed, and are only interviewing me because "it's their job".
I was told their process will be at least another month or so before narrowing down their candidates for more than one (1) position.

Very impersonal and did not get to speak to someone in person everything was video recorded. It took a long time for them to finally decline my video interview. That's it

The interview process is pretty strenuous. You do have an assessment that you have to take. Before you get the in person interview. After you do the assessment you do have virtual star question method questions that you have to answer. If you don’t do well with that you won’t get the final interview with the recruiter or hiring person. Definitely study STAR questions. They’re kinda hard. And then the final interview they do ask you a few star questions as well. You can use the ones from your virtual interview. It was really easy-going though. I did appreciate how easy the conversation was for the final interview.
