I completed the application and about 1 day later I received and email to take assessment. Assessment consisted of simple math-reading graphs and such. I would say the majority of the questions were personality based questions looking for consistency. I was then emailed to setup phone interview from pre-selected times and dates up to 1 week later. The phone interview was extremely detailed. Please look up the STAR interview format as they are really looking for the specifics of the examples you provide. At the end of the call the recruiter stated she would look over my information in more detail as they were only looking to hire 1 person. I received an email about 2-3 days later saying I didn’t get the job 
