Received email to complete online assessment 3/19.
Got email to schedule phone Interview 3/23, earliest date was 4/1.
Phone interview on 4/1. She told me she'll let me know status of by Friday (4/3) but I never hear from her or got any status update until the following Friday, 4/10. Stating "The examples I shared during [the] interview did not demonstrate the level of complexity we are seeking for this particular position."
I felt recruiter not following up with me when she said she would and having no way to reach her was unprofessional. Plus considering the reason for not moving forward, she could have informed me a lot quicker.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.

The interview process is extensive, there are several levels after applying for the position. Initially there are several questions to answer followed by a video interview with Behavioral questions to be answered in their STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result) followed by the following interview with an actual manager. This interview was also answering additional behavioral questions in the STAR format and answering several other questions. After all was said and done. I received an e-mail informing me they went a different direction.
