Job tasks you enjoy and job tasks you don't enjoy Those are not the questions verbatim, but those topics are the ones that you should be prepared for. The main theme of the video interview questions are what your understanding of the Claims adj trainee job is and how your work history fits into that and how you have handled organizing and prioritizing in the past and how you have handled change or customer issues in the past. I am not sure if the questions are different for each candidate, but I feel like the questions that other's have listed on this page were relevant and helpful for my interview prep. You will have two minutes to answer each question. You will have a person say the question on a video clip prior to having the question show up in text at which point you will have a 59 second countdown until the first two minute recording starts. After the first two minute recording you are allowed to re-record your response, but the second recording will submit automatically as your official/final response so be sure you are prepared the second time around. My best advice is to sit down ahead of time and write out some STAR answers about your work experience that will pertain to the general areas that any employer will likely ask you about for example: teamwork, communication, prioritization, conflict management, leadership, etc. Then I would do some answers that pertain specifically to Progressive, this position, and the questions I and other candidates have listed. Once you have all of your answers practice reading them outloud and record yourself reading them. Polish your presentation.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions. After the recorded interview, I received an email to schedule another online interview but live with the leadership team.
