I applied online and heard back from a recruiter within two days and scheduled a short phone interview. After doing an online assessment, they schedule a more in-depth phone interview. This one was all behavioral based questions (so be sure to look up the process for this and be prepared to answer in that format). I had a great experience with my interviewer and he made me feel at ease. I was told that I was being recommended to move on to the next step, and was given details about a background check, etc. After this was complete, I had an in person interview (again behavioral based and really about why you want to be with Progressive). I heard back after 4 days and was offered the position! I'll be starting in approximately 3 weeks!

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

In the assessment they asked more likely style type of questions and behavioral questions. Some parts of the assessment are timed.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.
