The process is very thorough and time consuming. I didn't appreciate the inability to contact anyone to update you on the process. I made it through 3 stages of the process, but the time between each step is extensive. They were professional. I believe that they use an outside service to conduct their phone interviews. Study their website. I had claims experience but was still not offered a trainee position. I know that they like to higher right out of college and I am far from that. This was a concern of mine when applying. I would have really liked to work for them because they are a good and reputable company.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

In the assessment they asked more likely style type of questions and behavioral questions. Some parts of the assessment are timed.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions.

Entretien
Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.
