First I applied and a few days later I received an email I didn't meet their requirements. I did so I applied a couple weeks later when they put up a new posting for the same job. A few weeks later I received an email that I got to move on in the process and need to take an assessment. The assessment was your typical personality and scenario assessment. I hate these due to time requirements but was able to get it done in about 45 minutes. Waited 2 weeks to receive an email for a phone interview. They provided a schedule but the earliest was a week and a half later. The phone interview was with a robot sounding guy with Randstad. He sounded so robotic and automated that I actually asked if I was talking to a robot. He was real but very awkward. He asked about my resume and asked a few STAR related questions. He told me more about the process and to look for a background check. I received about 5 days later and was able to schedule an in person interview. That was another week later. The in-person was with 2 managers who were very friendly but asked more STAR questions and wrote your answers down. That went well and a week later I received an offer and accepted. In the end I got hired but they sure don't mind dragging the process out. Felt disrespectful to my time looking for other jobs and making commitments to those other positions.
