Rigorous. First there was an application process, that upon review and acceptance of you were given a computer test similar to an iq test mixed with a personality test. Then there was a mini phone interview, followed by a more in depth interview where you recorded your answers in video format according to a specific method of answering they were adamant you used; the STAR method.

The company uses the "STAR" interview process. They do give you a heads up on what that is. That way you do have time to prepare for the role you are applying for.

Interview consisted of 2 sessions: Hire view interview, next step a recruiter interview, job offer at the end of the phone call.
Very easy process. Just be yourself and you will do fine.

easy and they were accomodating however the process at time become a bit tiring maybe they re biased even after the interview went really well they dont really hire lol
