Entretien
The interview process itself in terms of the f2f is about 45-60 minutes long. Formatted questions in STAR formation, basically real life examples types of questions and answers. I have a pretty long work history, so I had a ton of examples to draw upon. The interviewer was a bit stoic at first, but that is to be expected with most interviews as you talk and find the balance between your comfort level and professional experiences it lightens the mood.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

In the assessment they asked more likely style type of questions and behavioral questions. Some parts of the assessment are timed.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.
