The interviews consist of 2 rounds of behavioral questions. Unlike most consulting firms, Protiviti doesn't use case interviews. They are more concerned with a corporate culture fit and organizational skills. They really aren't stressful, as long as you are prepared with a variety of examples about your skills in leadership, professionalism, teamwork, presentations, and stressful situations.

Did a phone call first before the actual interview that was basically the behavioral. They asked about what practice and why then I had two interviews after with a director and it was more technical

Colloquio con HR che prima ha illustrato la posizione e poi ha fatto delle domande. Non ho effettuato altri step perché il mio periodo di disponibilità non era compatibile con le loro esigenze
Phone screening with HR, followed by a final round with a two-part behavioral/case interview. Final round focused on tying experiences back to the firm's values and process-based case designed to see how you think. Very straightforward.
