There were 2 steps to this interview. It was a campus recruiting interview-type session. First there was the typical sit down interview that you would expect. Questions were very much "name a time when...". After that, you were introduced to another recruiter where you completed a case study. There was 10 minutes to look it over and then you had to point out the 3 biggest issues in the process.

Did a phone call first before the actual interview that was basically the behavioral. They asked about what practice and why then I had two interviews after with a director and it was more technical

Phone screening with HR, followed by a final round with a two-part behavioral/case interview. Final round focused on tying experiences back to the firm's values and process-based case designed to see how you think. Very straightforward.
