This is a three step interview process: HR on the phone, Director on the phone and In person with several members of the team. The whole interview process was very conversational. There wasn't really any scripted questions or behavioral analysis. The one question you should get ready to answer if you are coming in as an exprienced hire is, "Why are you leaving your current job and what makes this opportunity different?"
The entire process was quick as the requirement was immediate. 4 rounds of interviews were done, including the Technical interview by the Client and HR round from Protiviti. Final salary discussion was held offline, including an online interview to assess my personality & communication skill

The interview took place on a Teams call with two people, one of them was having a car trip in that moment (and driving). They told me straight-away they are really pragmatic and not open to any sort of negotiation.

Interview was fairly standard and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and understood the value of broad experience. The salary range for the role was insanely low for the experience required.
