- The consultant will ask for resume
- they will forward it to HR
- HR will check if you are match or not depending on the JD.
- HR will connect with first round
- there are three rounds HR tech and manager and last with director
Last round is with director just to check your confidence and one thing you really need to take care is that be vocal about what are you looking for because during my case HR did not informed me and I lost the opportunity else I would have been selected they got to know about their mistake later when I already got another job there
The 1st round is a phone interview with HR.
The 2nd round is a face to face interview with the superior.
They act like they are satisfied with you. However, they already had preferences.

Entrevista virtual, após triagem de currículo pelo sistema online. Não cheguei ao final do processo, mas seria necessário mais uma entrevista com o Vice-Presidente da área como última etapa. Não foi necessário fazer provas ou dinâmicas.
