Good interview, good questions asked, understood everything they wanted clearly - polite and friendly throughout the process. I did not feel like the questions where unreasonable and for an entry level role they asked questions related to this. It was overall a good process as well constituting of an interview and an assessment center.

Entretien
Quite slow with some emails being missed, with a psychometric online test, an initial interview call, a lengthy assessment day that included two interviews and a group task. Overall took more than a month from initial application to hear back on the final decision. I still don’t know what agency or specific job I might be doing, as we were assessed for several different similar roles.

There was a group stage which took place via Zoom and included break out groups (though this was a couple years ago so I am not sure if it will have changed post pandemic)
