I had three ZOOM interviews with senior leaders. Everyone was gracious, informed, and genuinely interested in how my skills and experience could add value to their team. It was one of the best interview experiences I ever had.
Very friendly and kind, straight forward. The interviewer was polite and made the interview feel less formal but still to the point. I felt less anxious during it but interviews are always anxiety inducing either way.

It was not so long, I was not ask loads of questions. I had to ask if she had other questions? she did not. She sent me a behavioural questionnaire and repeatedly said it will not affect the decision but I AM SURE IT DID.
