First call with HR approx30 mins to run through your experience and background, first round of in person interview with two Directors of the team - similar to many interview panels they ask about your background and ask some very challenging questions around your ability of the role, second/last round of 2 hours in person interview- first hour being a case study you need to complete in one hour and present PowerPoint deck to showcase your reasoning for providing your answer. Remaining interview were with two other directors/senior manager on the team asking interview style questions again. Everyone I met were super friendly and professional. Processo bastante estruturado e longo, com múltiplas etapas. Incluiu conversa inicial com Talent Acquisition, teste de inglês, entrevistas com liderança da prática e etapa final com apresentação de case presencial. As conversas foram bem conduzidas, com foco em experiência anterior, fit com consultoria, capacidade de delivery, visão comercial, geração de pipeline, transformação e construção de soluções para clientes. O processo exigiu preparação consistente e boa capacidade de estruturar problemas de negócio.
