arrived at the company with the Head Hubter that was in exclusive cooperation with for this position.
Interview was on for an hourwith the PMO senior and immediately after then HR , both at the same day, got feedback immediately that they were happy and they will contact me asap

Prima telefonata per fissare colloquio, a seguito l'HR scompare. Dopo tre settimane, improvvisamente ricompare - "la mia candidatura era andata persa/ problemi ai computer" e mi fissa un primo colloquio. Successivamente, tutto tace per due settimane finchè non mi viene fissato un nuovo colloquio stavolta tecnico (quando mi era stato detto conoscitivo) e da li non ho avuto nessuna risposta.
Sinceramente, mi aspettavo almeno un riscontro che sia positivo o negativo e non tanto tempo di attesa.

con hr breve e colloquiale anche con manager tranquillo un po piu specifico ma nel complesso niente di articolato con eventuale domande inglese in base al tuo percorso, tutto sommato ok molto informale ti mettono a tuo agio
Il primo step è una chiamata rapida per poi fissare il primo colloquio conoscitivo. Dopo di questo, è previsto uno piú tecnico, entrambi abbastanza abbordabili, richiede conoscenza di logica ed excel. Le tempistiche sono state abbastanza circoscritte.
