8 interviews in total over a 6 month process. Getting time with various partners and directors meant normally a couple of weeks between interviews. Final interview is a panel interview along with an HR interview

2 rounds with both tech and then HR round. Subject matter understanding would be tested. Past experiences would be key as well. Knowledge of working in a team and complex environment would be tested as well.

What is the most challenging situation you have faced in your past team and how did you resolve?
There were four interviews and the last one was just a general call with the partner . The hr was nice to talk with. The process was smooth and took about 3 weeks.
