The interview process was fairly smooth once HR got in contact with me. I was referred by an employee to apply and waited about two months before getting an interview. First call I received was a phone screening about my background. I received another call that afternoon from an associate of the department where I was asked more about my skills, background, and a few technical questions. Got a call the next day to have a face to face interview at one of their offices. Had three back to back interviews with different members of the firm and was asked mostly background/behavioral questions. I did get a few technical questions so they could get a better understanding of my experience. Received another call less than a week later with an offer.
