I had the first round interview at a career fair. It's a short interview. I was asked to go over my resume. One week later, I received the onsite invitation.
I applied online and a friend of me referred me in the system . It took me about 3 days. I got a phone interview after I applied for three days. After that I got the second round in 5 days.
