two interviews, first a manager-director then the partner the partner seems coming from the past. I hear consulting companies had his approach twenty years ago. They have no real business in consulting, a lot of body leasing, no real projects. The partner was really over selling the company and he had too much gossip for an interview. I got an offer, but I refused it. Not recommended, unless they change the leadership

1) You need to justify the experience in resume 2) Exposure towards hana is must 3) Capable of work individually 4) Good communication 5) Pricing, routines, new technology idea and new up coming technology in sap is mandatory
