J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez PwC (Moscou, )
Entretien
I applied for an internship in my senior year, right before graduation from college. I sent a resume via website, didn't really expect anything to happen. There was a test online for IQ and math/economics. I passed high enough (math >90 percentile, IQ > 87 percentile).
Received a call, I was invited to the Moscow HQ to take a written test before the interview (math, English and accounting). Passed with flying colors.
After that was a fairly simple interview with a general HR specialist who tested my spoken English.
Next - interview with a group Director who tested me for my IT skills (Internship in IT Consulting).
Final interview - with Consulting Partner. Was a general intervew where he just tested me by his own criteria - no idea what it was, but I passed.

Technical questions were not like other technical interviews. They give you answers as options to pick from instead of you coming up with and presenting your answer like you would normally

Strength based interview, approx. 30 mins. The interviewers were friendly and approachable, as were the entire Talent team. Walked through my CV, general "why us, why you, why this team" questions. Felt like they really wanted to get to know you and how you would fit into the culture.
Super straight forward, standard difficulty questions with a few requiring STAR structured responses. They also asked about my experiences both at uni and extracurricular. It was online for me and I had 2 interviewers.
