Split into two interviews:
First interview with the Director and the Manager of the team - 50 mins
Got a call the next day for a second interview scheduled in a weeks time
Second interview with the Shareholders of the company - 1 hour

mi hanno fatto un sacco di domande sul risk management, inerenti alla posizione che volevo ricomprare ma non avevo esperienza, quindi non ho saputo rispondere in modo corretto, a volte ho fatto anche scena muta
il processo del colloquio si è svolto online, prima con il team hr e poi con il manager. Si valutava il carattere e la propensione alla posizione con simpatia e professionalità
